Qualitative methodsWe are experienced and highly skilled researchers. We constantly work out new methods and expand our portfolio to provide our clients with comprehensive answers to questions related to their image, product or service.
We always work in close cooperation with our clients. Our results are not just a simple recommendation. This is a solution that is ready for implementation. We do business ourselves, so we are aware that the theory is nothing until it collides with the practice. Neither the previously unknown insight or innovative idea will change anything, until you know how to implement them. We know how to do it.
We specialize in ethnography. We believe that the best results are obtained from triangulation. To find in-depth answers to questions customers usually integrate several methods to create unique solutions.
We like to use various types of discussions with the respondents, together with the observation of their behavior in reality or on the Internet. Accumulation of results always allows us to draw surprising conclusions. We can also illustrate, since each test is recorded video graphically.
