Marketing communication research

A company that is concentrated on delivering good products at attractive prices will not necessarily achieve success. Modern marketing consists of much more than that. The essence of marketing is communication, that is: what to tell, to whom and how often. Communication however, is not just advertising. It is a whole system consisting of media advertising, promotions and loyalty programmes, sponsoring, PR, direct marketing and product exposition organisation (shop exhibitions, fairs). Managing communication covers a number of issues, which, in order to create an effective, adequate and coherent strategy, cannot do without market research.
