Consumer research

Understanding the consumer has become the key to effective marketing. Needs, aspirations, motives, as well as lifestyles, values, and interests, must be investigated in order for products or services to be compatible with the consumers’ world and their expectations. They are also necessary to formulate good marketing communications and select the appropriate channels. Another issue is the realm of topics including the usage & attitudes of the customer.
