We ask which brand they would chose if they were to buy the product. We raise the price of the brand of choice and repeat the question. The respondent can choose the same brand or another brand at a lower cost. We keep asking until the moment when one of the brands reaches the maximum limit, or the respondent decides not to continue the selection. |
