Badania ceny i popytuThe best tool to determine the optimal price for the product is a price sensitivity test. This method is especially useful in the situation of placing a new product or line of products on the market (for example, when a clothing company plans to extend its offer for shoes or accessories). PSM provides answers to these questions:

  • ‘Who is willing to pay for our products?’
  • ‘How much are consumers willing to pay for our products?’
  • ‘How big is the group that is interested in our offer?’

 

In addition, this method can determine the target group and potential buyers.

 

SensiMeasure consists of a sequence of four questions. For example:

  • What price seems low for a particular product?
  • What price seems high (but acceptable) for the product?
  • What price is too high (and is not acceptable)?
  • What price is too low (and may mean low quality)?
