The word „quality” is usually used towards certain product. In social research the product is result of the research. In order to get high quality research result multilevel activity is necessary, according to developed standards and the whole research process included.

The basis of this process should be considered interviewers’ work. Even the best analysis will not correct mistakes made during the research realization. Our principle is: basis for reliable result is high quality field work.

So, quality consists of the following elements:

• Trained and experienced field workers, interviewers and supervisors, whose work is verified and evaluated, and their skills are constantly developed.
• Research realization according to theoretical principles.
• Collected material verification and elimination of material not fulfilling the criteria.

Quality in PBS DGA

PBS DGA from the very beginning of its existence is concentrated on the quality of research. The company is among foundation-members of Polish Association of Public Opinion and Marketing Research Firms and participates since the first edition in 2002 quality control audit PKJPA (interviewers quality control program) receiving certificates in all areas. W 2007 these were:

In order to prove company’s involvment into constant quality development is foundation of Interviewers Work Control Department, which is independent from Realization Department and deals with quality control and implementation.

In PBS DGA quality – is not only meeting the standards of PKJPA, it is also looking for new solutions and complying them with changes on social research market. And that is why:
